Fire and Smoke Pizza Yield: One 14" Pizza
- 12 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
- 5 oz. Sriracha Infused Pizza Sauce (see recipe)
- 5 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
- 2 oz. Onions, caramelized
- 3 oz. Sausage, cooked, crumbled
Directions
Fire and Smoke Pizza
- Stretch pizza dough to 14” round.
- Spread 5 oz. sriracha infused pizza sauce evenly over pizza dough.
- Top with 5 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. caramelized onions and 3 oz. crumbled sausage.
- Bake at 500oF for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices and serve.

- Blend 4 oz. tomato sauce with 1 oz. sriracha.
