Ingredients
Burrata Caprese Salad Yield: One salad- 6 oz. (1 cup) Red, orange, yellow tomatoes, random cut
- 1/2 oz. (1/2 cup) Baby salad greens
- 1 oz. (2 tbsp.) Italian vinaigrette
- 1 Grande Burrata ball, cut in half
- 1 oz. (2 tbsp.) Basil pesto
- 1 tsp. Balsamic glaze
- Grilled garlic bread slices, 2 each
Directions
Burrata Caprese Salad- Combine 6 oz. tomatoes, 1/2 oz. salad greens and 1 oz. Italian vinaigrette in bowl; toss to blend. Arrange on plate with sliced Grande Burrata.
- Drizzle 1 oz. pesto evenly over tomatoes and Grande Burrata. Drizzle 1 tsp. balsamic glaze over top of salad. Accompany with 2 slices grilled garlic bread.
