Grande Wheel Romano is made from pure cow's milk. White to pale yellow in color, it is aged over the minimum 5 months to develop a clean and sharp, piquant flavor and pungent aroma. It is all natural - made without preservatives, fillers or artificial ingredients.

Storage & Handling
