Ingredients
Basil Pesto Pasta & Burrata Yield: One serving- 1 Grande Burrata ball
- 4 oz. Basil Pesto (see recipe)
- 4 oz. Gemelli pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 oz. Fresh plum tomato, diced
Directions
Basil Pesto Pasta & Burrata- Cut knot off Burrata and set aside, dice the rest of the Burrata.
- Combine 4 oz. Gemelli pasta, 4 oz. basil pesto and Burrata and toss to coat.
- Transfer pasta to serving bowl and garnish with the knot of the Burrata and 2 oz. fresh diced tomato.
