- 3 Slices of Prosciutto

- Sea salt and black pepper, as needed
Directions
Burrata & Prosciutto- Arrange 1 Grande Burrata on appetizer plate with 3 slices prosciutto and 3 slices grilled Italian bread.
- Drizzle 1/2 oz. extra virgin olive oil over Grande Burrata and season with sea salt and freshcracked black pepper.
