Ingredients
Cajun Alfredo Pizza Yield: One 12" Pizza- 10 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
- 2 oz. Alfredo sauce, prepared
- 1 tsp. Cajun spices
- 2 oz. Roasted red peppers
- 4 oz. Andouille sausage
- 4 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
- 1/2 oz. Green onions, chopped
Directions
Cajun Alfredo Pizza- Stretch pizza dough to 12” round.
- Add 1 tsp. Cajun spices to 2 oz. Alfredo sauce, mix well, and spread evenly over pizza dough.
- Top with 2 oz. roasted red peppers, 4 oz. Andouille sausage and 4 oz. Grande Fumella.
- Bake at 900oF for 60 to 90 seconds or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Remove pizza from oven and garnish with 1/2 oz. chopped green onions. Cut into slices and serve.
