Ingredients
Roadhouse Pizza Yield: One 14" Pizza
- 20 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
- 3 oz. Cannonball Sauce (see recipe)
- 5 oz. Pulled pork, prepared
- 8 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
- 2 oz. Bacon, cooked, chopped
- 2 oz. Pickles, sliced
- 2 oz. Jalapeno peppers, sliced
Directions
Roadhouse Pizza
- Stretch pizza dough to 14” round.
- Spread 3 oz. cannonball sauce evenly over pizza dough.
- Top with 5 oz. pulled pork, 8 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. chopped bacon, 2 oz. sliced pickles and 2 oz. sliced jalapeno peppers.
- Bake at 500oF for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices and serve.

Cannonball Sauce Yield: One 14" Pizza
- 1/2 gallon Smokey BBQ sauce
- 20 oz. Ketchup
- 3 oz. Yellow mustard
- 2 oz. Black pepper
- 2 cups Red hot
- 1 oz. Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 oz. Salt
- 4 oz. Honey
- 4 oz. Grande Romano, grated

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and store in deli containers.
