This is not your everyday pizza. With irresistible ingredients like pulled pork, Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella, jalapeño peppers and Cannonball sauce, this pizza is sure to drive sales and drive customers through your door.

Roadhouse Pizza Yield: One 14" Pizza
  • 20 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 3 oz. Cannonball Sauce (see recipe)
  • 5 oz. Pulled pork, prepared
  • 8 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
  • 2 oz. Bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 2 oz. Pickles, sliced
  • 2 oz. Jalapeno peppers, sliced

Roadhouse Pizza
  1. Stretch pizza dough to 14” round.
  2. Spread 3 oz. cannonball sauce evenly over pizza dough.
  3. Top with 5 oz. pulled pork, 8 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. chopped bacon, 2 oz. sliced pickles and 2 oz. sliced jalapeno peppers.
  4. Bake at 500oF for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  5. Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices and serve.

Cannonball Sauce Yield: One 14" Pizza
  • 1/2 gallon Smokey BBQ sauce
  • 20 oz. Ketchup
  • 3 oz. Yellow mustard
  • 2 oz. Black pepper
  • 2 cups Red hot
  • 1 oz. Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 oz. Salt
  • 4 oz. Honey
  • 4 oz. Grande Romano, grated

Directions

Cannonball Sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and store in deli containers.
